We had dinner at Texas T-Bone last night (well, actually just John & Rae got to eat—I had to wait outside). John’s favorite dinner is steak, so they like to go there. After eating, some of the staff came outside to see me!
This is the big bull (he has a name, but I’ve forgotten) outside in the Texas T-Bone parking lot. He’s all prettied up for the State Fair in two weeks.
The owner of the restaurant says it’s very important to remember all of our military men and women, so he always has a sign on the bull honoring specific ones in our community. He also sponsors special care packages to be sent overseas at Christmas time.
